Delivery

We offer free local delivery in Telford area ONLY.

Please NOTE: For Delivery Cost Quote to your location, please message us with your post code, we will check that for you

Collection is available within safe social distancing measures (Flat pack bar can go into the cars such as Honda civic, Ford mondeo, Nissan etc.)

Assembly

We offer a Flat pack Bar delivery only (We do not deliver panels or ready assembled bars, it is a set of boards, screws and CLSs to be assembled. You will need a drill to assemble.)

We delivery flat pack bar, straight from company ‘SummerLife’. The bar comes in separate parts, unpacked (unwrapped). You do not need a special knowledge to set up the bar if you follow the instruction.

We do not take responsibility if you do not follow the Photo instruction link which we send straight after the delivery. If you will not receive the instruction in a couple of hours it could be cased by trouble with our signal etc. Please, contact us and we will happily resend it to you.

The BAR comes UNWRAPPED, but the cost of extra wrapping and packing is £15,just select the option when you place your order.

PLEASE Remember, very rarely it may happen you may have one missing part, please contact us here, we will need photos of what possibly could have gone wrong to investigate and solve your issue ASAP. 9 out of 10 times correct parts were used in a wrong place. PLEASE do not buy any replacement parts from others shop. We will sort it out for you!

The bar is very easy to set up by yourself. We provide Photo Instructions with videoclips (online, link send after delivery, you can ask driver or any member on our team) of how to do it on your own.

It brings a lot of satisfaction and fun for you and your friends helping to assemble.

Returns and Refunds

You can return the item to us within 14 days from the day of the delivery under condition that the item comes back in the same state as delivered, new, flat pack (or a full bar if it is an indoor bar) and undamaged condition.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The item has to be returned to our address shown at the bottom of this page.

Once the item is returned to us, we inspect the item and either a full or a partial refund is requested and processed.

Any Problems?

If the estimated delivery date has passed, let us know so they can help you out and update you about the delivery situation, we aim to deliver before the time frame.

If there was any missing part as confirmed by us after the inspection, we will try our best to have the issue sorted for you. To confirm and advise regarding any of the parts of the bar, we need to see photos of a full bar, the front of the bar and the sides also, as some of the times the buyers misassemble the bar by not following the photo Guide and they place the parts in incorrect places which can cause the confusion, but we are here to advise and help to correct you and your assembly so you can fully enjoy your new bar!
